The Role:
As a Growth Hacker / Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for driving growth across our products and client projects. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on acquisition, conversion, and retention — powered by data, creativity, and curiosity.
You’ll:
Plan, execute, and optimize data-driven growth campaigns across multiple channels
Build and manage acquisition funnels (organic, paid, email, SEO, etc.)
Run rapid experiments to identify scalable growth opportunities
Analyze metrics and user behavior to inform decisions and improve ROI
Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to align on messaging and goals
Build and manage brand presence across platforms (web, social, email)
Own the growth roadmap and report directly to the founders
What we’re looking for:
2+ years experience in growth, marketing, or product-led growth roles
Track record of running successful campaigns across multiple channels
Strong understanding of marketing analytics and user behavior tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.)
Ability to write compelling copy for landing pages, ads, and social posts
Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and performance marketing
High level of autonomy, creativity, and problem-solving
Passion for digital products and design-led companies
Nice-to-have:
Timezone: CET (+/- 3 hours)
Experience in early-stage startups, creative agencies, or SaaS
Knowledge of no-code tools (Webflow, Framer, Zapier, etc.)
Familiarity with CRMs and email marketing tools (Hubspot, MailerLite, etc.)
Basic understanding of UX/UI or front-end principles
