The Role:

As Head of Design, you’ll lead and own the design function across multiple exciting products and client engagements. This is a hands-on leadership role that mixes craft, team guidance, and creative direction.

You’ll:

• Drive the creative and strategic direction of digital products and brands

• Lead and mentor designers (and eventually help build a world-class design team)

• Own design systems, processes, and ensure the highest level of execution

• Collaborate directly with founders, engineers, and stakeholders

• Present, explain, and advocate for design decisions with clarity and confidence

• Champion design quality across every touchpoint — from concept to launch

What we are looking for:

• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI, UX, and product thinking

• Proficiency in modern tools (Figma, Notion, Framer, etc.)

• 3+ years of professional design experience (agency, product, or startup side)

• Strong visual design skills, with a sharp eye for detail and a systems mindset

• Passion for innovation and a love for crafting beautiful, functional experiences

• Clear communication and confidence when presenting ideas and giving feedbacks

• A growth mindset — someone who is always curious for getting better.
