The Role:

As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll be working on some of the most ambitious and interesting digital products — from early-stage startups to established brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves combining visual excellence with clear, thoughtful user experiences.

You’ll:

• Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile

• Work closely with developers, founders, and creatives on a daily basis

• Turn complex problems into clean, simple, and intuitive solutions

• Contribute to and maintain design systems

• Explore concepts quickly through wireframes and prototypes

• Communicate design ideas and decisions with clarity

• Push visual quality and UX craft across everything you touch

What we’re looking for:

• A strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI work across real products

• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Framer, Notion, etc.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in product, agency, or freelance design

• Strong grasp of interaction design, layout, and usability principles

• Ability to work independently and own your work from start to finish

• High attention to detail and a passion for great design

• Good communication skills and openness to feedback

• A growth mindset and curiosity to keep improving

Nice-to-have:

• Timezone: CET (+/- 3 hours)

• Experience working with SaaS, eCommerce, or startup products

• Understanding of front-end development (not required to code)

• Experience using Framer for production-level design

• Familiarity with building or contributing to design systems
